    Most of the time the coordination and communication with Eagle was pretty good. However, I do feel like we were rushed at the end to meet a closing date, which was selected by Eagle, and a few details got dropped due to that unneccessay rush to make a sale in 2025 for the benefit of eagle finanacial reports.

    Poor communication levels from project manager. Poor job on extended patio, missing screens, list of minor inconveniences is extensive and time it takes to get it fixed is longer than expected. Paid for a nicest shower head option in primary bathroom, got a cheaper version and way shower was installed, we cannot have the rainfall shower installed. Only reason everything on here isn 1 star is fred from your warranty department. He is the lone Eagle employee that has showed he cares about getting issues fixed and following up without me having to chase him down.

    My experience with Eagle has been great. I appreciated the updates provided on my home build. Lucas has been exceptional. He has been very responsive to any concerns or questions that I may have had. My only issue is information about cable companies, how mail service is provided and how the trash service operates. I don’t know if this is an Eagle problem or HOA.
