The home, a cute little house on the West Side in the Mesa Springs neighborhood, is a block from both Sonderman Park (a small hidden gem natural park) and the Monument Creek running/bike path. The house is in an incredible location with two nearby grocery stores, and is a 5-15 minute drive to the charming cafes and live music of Old Colorado City, the restaurants and nightlife of Downtown Colorado Springs, and the artistic quirkiness of Manitou Springs. The location also provides easy access to Garden of the Gods, Red Rocks Open Space, and the famous Incline on Pikes Peak. The space is a one bedroom with a roomy living room, blackout curtains in the bedroom, French doors, a bathtub, a spacious yard, newly renovated large kitchen, and a dining room. NOTE: Several of the doorways in this house are shorter than modern standards. Any residents taller than 5'8" should be prepared to duck or bonk. This fully furnished rental is available for stays of one month or more. All utilities and high-speed internet are included. A $200 cleaning fee is due upon move-in. Starting supplies are provided (dish soap, laundry detergent, etc.) but renter is responsible for purchasing any more that is needed during stay.
