This is county land (read: Lower taxes) and it has CC&R's on it (read: Executive style homes). What coud be better? How about the fact that it's close to BLM land, has city views, is very pristine desert and has mountains surrounding it. It is about 25 min from Arrowhead Mall, 10 min from the new 303 that will be opening up and 15 minutes from the grocery stores. Have your clients check it out at night as well.
