Number of pets permitted is restricted to one. The specific pets permitted are: domestic dogs, cats or birds. (Dogs: maximum weight 15 lbs., maximum height 15 inches.) Tenant agrees to clean up after pet and dispose of pet???s waste properly and quickly. In lieu of a pet deposit, at the termination of the lease, Landlord shall provide Tenant with an itemized list of any pet related damages, shall repair the damages and deduct said repairs from the Tenant???s Security Deposit.
