Owner does not live on site After credit check is finished by owner: 1 year lease, signed year to year Limit of 4 people living in unit. 2 adults (parents) & 2 kids A one-time security deposit equal to the rent will be payed in addition to the first month's rent and will be returned when the lease ends or held if the lease ends and significant damage (excluding reasonable wear and tear) is done to the property and/or provided amenities are purposefully damaged or destroyed. NO subleasing of any part of the property NO modifying of property without the owner's consent NO Smoking is permitted inside the house but may be done outside.
