I'm 1529 N 18th Street, but you can call me Florence. I was born in Bismarck in 1961. I have a lot of great qualities and although I am happy at this stage of life, a gal gets lonely. Which is why I am seeking a new owner. I've had my fair share of relationships, most of which were great but the last one really burned me, literally. They gave me a complete makeover which makes me feel as lovely as those homes I see on HGTV. I am happy to announce that I got a facelift, including new siding, doors, windows and roof. No makeover is complete without an internal overhaul as well. I have been upgraded with a new HVAC system, I'll keep you warm in the winter and cool in the summer. I am top to bottom finished. Brand new EVERYTHING! You will love the beautiful kitchen and living areas which are perfect for entertaining. I have a great patio space just waiting for a grill! The basement is perfect for hosting any sort of game or movie night, complete with a bar area to stock up on your favorite beverages.
