    This is a wonderful home for a large family. It is in a very quite established neighborhood and yet it is located very close to all things in Shelby; golf course, schools, mall, The roof was put on in 2012 along with new gutter guards.  This house has so many wonderful updates that you need only move in and enjoy.  It has stainless steel appliances. It has Porcelain tile in the kitchen and bathrooms, and hardwoods through out.  The Master bath has a nice walking shower.  It has a large fenced in back yard for children and pets.  There is a large wooded area across the street for privacy and to enjoy while you swing on the front porch and relax after a hard day of work.      We have really loved our stay in this home. It has such an inviting feel. We know you will feel the same way when you visit.
