The Soo Line ATV Trail also is in the back of property. The closest year round neighbor is approx 1-1.5 blocks down the road. Across the street is all woods, this property would be the 2nd, 5 acre parcel from the corner. (Also wooded) Part of the land has been cleared, as previously, trailers sat on it. There used to be several trails that went back to the creek area but I have not kept them cleared. There are deer & bear that roam the land. The land MAY NOT be buildable, due to the water level, if that is what you are interested in. You would need to contact Pine County to find out. There is no electric or well on the property though before my husband's death, we were checking on the electrical cost. There is an out house & a fire pit on the land. (There is a shed that is going to be removed) A friend of ours in the area has been mowing the open area for me. The nearest towns are Sturgeon Lake & Willow River. The taxes are $202 per year.
