Beautiful yard with lots of flowers. The house is located on a brick street. Because of this, people tend not to drive on it unless they live here. Very quiet The apartment has two entrances. A private entrance is located off the front porch. The neighborhood is fantastic, with very large, mostly single family homes. The largest bedroom is just that...large, 12' by 25'. The smaller bedroom is 12' by 12'. The bathroom has separate tub and shower. The shower is huge!! The kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, stove and refrigerator with ice maker. The kitchen also has lots of cabinets and a pantry. The floors are hardwood, except the small bedroom, which is carpeted. And the kitchen, which is tiled. Laundry is available at no extra expense to the tenants. This is located in the basement. The living room is also quite large and has a working fireplace.
