You'll have a dedicated parking spot off the street/adjacent to the cottage. No tobacco smokers please, but we are 420 friendly. Also, both the house and the cottage are currently for sale. The cottage has been the rental for the house, so if you rent from me, your landlord may change sometime in the near future. We are open to loving and well behaved pets ($25/month/cat & $50/month/dog). This is a month-to-month rental.
