The Tenant is responsible for their personal property, as the Landlord does not provide insurance coverage for any damage or loss. Similarly, the Tenant is not responsible for insuring the Landlord's contents, furnishings, or liability insurance for the property. The Tenant may not sublet or assign the lease without the Landlord's written approval.
