Here are all the details: The owner pays/handles water, lawn care, beach care, repairs, trash and internet. The renter pays electric. Please no smoking, no vaping. Cleaning fee 200, possible carpet cleaning fee of 125-200 depending on level of need. Security deposit and 1 month rent, due at signing, non refundable if reservation cancelled and not re-rented for that time period. Security deposit minus cleaning fee, repairs/damage refunded at end of stay. Rent for each subsequent month due at beginning of prior month, non refundable in event of cancellation for any non re-rented months. Pets considered on individual basis, additional pet deposit may be required. The rental can start as early as April 14, 2026, we are rented until then. Rent is 3000/month. We prefer to rent in three to 12 month blocks but monthly also considered. We also have to add 11.5% taxes to cover state and local tax, unless you rent for longer than 6 months in which case no tax.
