Beautiful Parkway, only wetlands area in Folsom, adjacent access to miles of hike/bike trails throughout the parkway area. The HOA takes care of front yard maintenance, which keeps the entire neighborhood looking beautiful. Security patrols the area during work hours and at night which is comforting. The Oak Chan elementary school is a short 10 min walk from our home via the bike trails. The neighborhood is very quiet and relaxing. The streets are extra wide to accomidate parked cars, and there is lots of streen parking space on our street right in front of the house so visitors do not have to park in front of neighbor's homes.
