There is a large covered porch and the home is freshly painted and has freshly varnished oak wood floors throughout house. House is light and bright with big view windows with some glimpses of the water through the trees. Tenant should be prepared to provide record of sufficient income and excellent rental and credit history. Tenant will needs to be able to make small repairs when Owner is away and mow a small patch of grass from time to time but the mower will be provided. Owner performs yard chores and repairs when in town. No cost to apply. No smoking and there is parking for a maximum of two cars. A dog is possible but we would prefer to not accept a cat as we have very bad experience with past renters and their cats and hope not to have to revisit those problems.
