Those amenities are located 260 feet from The Lodge in a building that is currently shared with one other person/cabin. The Bath House, as we call it, is air-conditioned/heated, toilet, sink, shower, and washer/dryer with no coin meters. The floor is 100% ceramic tile. There is an interior deadbolt to secure the building from the inside to keep our park pet (Velociraptor) out. She loves the AIRCONDITIONING The Back Country setting overlooking farmland and Lake Eron is a unique experience. No swimming. Cat permitted if under 40 pounds. Remember, there is a Velociraptor in the forest. Tell Fluffy to keep an eye out so she can feed the BIG V as we call her. A second LESSEE is an additional $50/month unless age 15 or younger attending school. The owner pays for everything. No indoor smoking nor vaping, or anything else that is harmful to you or others. Outside use of these products, beyond 20' from any door or window, is permitted. Ambulance service is just 1-mile from Lake Eron and Independence Health Hospital/Emergency Services just 4 miles. Renters insurance is required on day 1 of the lease. Cost is approximately $8.00 per month. Also covers your vehicle's loose items like purse, tools, etcetera wherever your vehicle is parked.
