*This is a room for rent in an apartment. Recently renovated 3-bedroom apartment near Harvard Square, Central Square, and Inman Square. Lots of light throughout the apartment with spacious common areas, including a balcony. Shared backyard with grill. Storage space and coin operated laundry machines in the basement. Move in date is March 1st (can potentially be slightly earlier). Your two roommates are clean, fun, and hard-working in their mid-twenties! We've had a great time living together and I've loved this apartment for the last three years, but am moving out to move in with my fiance. If you are interested in the apartment, contact me via text message and tell me a bit about yourself (interests, schedule, cleanliness, etc.). We can set up a way to meet via Zoom or in person. No broker fee. You would be subletting from me for the entirety of this lease period (March 1 - July 31st). I am not coming back to this apartment after the sublet period so you have an opportunity to sign the new yearly lease in the summer. The rent is $1,150 per month, not including utilities. The room is very large, you could fit a King bed and a desk with plenty of extra room. It is perfect for working from home!!
