This space is apartment 2 of a duplex house. It has 2 bedrooms upstairs....one large and one small....downstairs has a foyer, living room, large kitchen, bathroom, and a sunroom. There is also a covered porch off of the sunroom and a fenced in backyard. There are two parking spaces in back. The kitchen has new cabinetry and the bathroom has a new cabinet, tile floor, and toilet. All has been newly painted in neutral colors. The floors in the bedrooms and living room are dark hardwood. There is lattice around the large back covered concrete patio which gives a lot of privacy. We will only rent to a maximum of 3 people. We will consider short term rentals but the rent will be higher. We would also consider furnishing it for a short term rental....but again the rent would be higher. We need to see a good credit rating and references for work and past rentals. There is no waste mgt. fee and i pay the water bill. Heating and all electricity is paid by the tenant and must be in their name. You must have good rental, work, and credit history. No more than 2 adults and one child.
