On-site parking is available, and weekly maintenance is provided for the yard, kitchen, and shared bathrooms. To maintain a peaceful living environment, no smoking, alcohol, or pets are allowed. The rental is on a month-to-month basis, and a background check will be required. There is a $500.00 dollar refundable deposit upon moving in.
