This newer travel trailer sleeps 8 with a separate master bedroom and has everything you would need to move right in and enjoy! It comes furnished or unfurnished, your choice. If you are looking for privacy and serenity this is your spot! The living room/dining room/kitchen combo & bathroom is tiled and the separate bedrooms are carpeted. There is a big screen TV but you would have to bring your DVD player or set up internet/cable at your cost. Lots of windows and skylights make this a warm and bright living space. Smoking is allow, but ONLY outside. If you love the great outdoors, fishing, boating, hiking, riding and more, you will never run out of places to roam here. You will experience some of the most AMAZING sunrises and sunsets you will ever see right here Come build your campfire and enjoy the amazing stargazing views we have to offer. First months, last months and security deposit due at lease signing ($4,500 total). The unit is ran off of a inverter generator (very low noise & very gas efficient). Water, trash, electric are included. Electric is ran off of the inverter generator & there is a $300 gas allowance included in the monthly rental price of $1,500. Although the monthly gas allowance is generous, any amount over $300 gas for the month must be paid by tenant. Fenced horse pasture rental is available for $200 per month per horse. Water is included but you must care for your horse(s) and purchase your own hay/feed. Credit check and background check is required. Plenty of parking space for your boat, ATV, motorcycle or your other "toys". NOTE: No worries for anyone not familiar with living in an RV, you will get easy instructions and there is really not much to it. I will be easily reached with a phone call and a 2 minute drive away.
