Small Bedroom: Fits a queen size bed and small dresser. There is a small closet in the bedroom, but we installed a very large closet in the living room, which is solely for this bedroom's use. Best perk is the full size window in the bedroom. You do not see that in most basement apartments. So the room gets a lot of natural light.
About the Apartment:
The main selling point is the unbeatable location. There's a Safeway, Trader Joe's, and Whole Foods all within a 5-10 minute walk, not to mention the fantastic restaurants and bars that 14th Street has to offer. Public transportation couldn't be easier to access. The S1, S2, S4 bus lines pick up literally 500 feet from the front door and the DuPont and U Street metro stations are all less than a mile away equivalent to about a 10 minute walk.
