It's really just a cool house; it has an awesome view of the city in the distance. We just finished redoing the house. (Zilllow was slow adding images so these are the only ones to complete the spinning circle add. images are not the new color scheme just completed). Great place :) All fresh paint, carpet, appliances etc. the place has 3Brs, 1 good size, i med & 1 kinda small. The bathroom is large with an equally large linen closet, claw foot tub and space to move around with others in it. The LIVroom & Dining room are well sized, the kitchen is quite ample to storage etc. There is a full basement which is the whole square while having a W&D hookup and another area set to actually fold/do laundry tasks like fold & hang. House sits on a hill, hence called overlook, & it also has a Spacious back yard to hang out, nice screened back porch. As the images show it has railroad tie walls & flower beds with a glider to enjoy the view. Again its a house with cool vibes. This is a house; tenant is responsible for ALL their own utilities.
