Rose City Park's boundaries are NE 47th Avenue on the west, NE 65th to the east, Fremont Street to the north, and the I-84 freeway to the south. But hey, we consider anyone who went to Rose City Park, Charles Rice, Normandale, St. Rose Catholic, and Gregory Heights Schools to be in the neighborhood !
