We are strictly not considering large group ski season rental scenarios shared by lots of people- the place just isn't set up for that... no bunk beds, sofa beds, etc to accommodate more than 4 people. We are on the HOA board and would like to keep things respectable with our friends and neighbors :) Per the HOA, pets of any kind are not allowed by renters (please, no exceptions as the HOA fines owners when this rule is broken).
