Applications are processed within 2 days. Approved Applicants can hold the home for up to 14 days from the day they applied with a hold fee equal to of one month's rent. Utilities will remain in Vinebrook's name; however, all utility charges will be billed to the tenant through Conservice, and the tenant is responsible for full payment.
