7 MONTH LEASE: This furnished house is available for 7 month lease starting October 1, 2025 to April 31, 2026. We will shorter sublet may be considered but not longer at this time. GREAT LOCATION in the Sanders Beach area next to downtown Coeur d'Alene. Only one block to the bike path, only three blocks to Sanders Beach, 6 blocks to Tubbs Hill, 10 blocks to downtown, and maybe a five minute bike ride to North Idaho College. It's in a neighborhood surrounded by trees - you'll feel like you're in a forest in the middle of town. Large property with a gorgeous backyard with a large covered sitting area made from big timbers. The house has 3 bedrooms, 1 1/2 baths with a large soaking tub, washer/dryer, hardwood floors throughout, Viking gas stove, dishwasher, central heating with natural gas, two covered parking spaces, office, and wrap around deck. We are renting the entire upstairs plus the basement laundry room. A portion of the basement is a completely separate in-law apartment with their own separate driveway, carport, laundry and entrance from a different street (we live on a corner) - so you will hardly see your quiet neighbor. Smoking is NOT allowed inside the house (but there are plenty of covered areas outside). For $1700 a month you get a furnished house with a large couch, recliner, coffee table, dining room table and chairs, lamps, 2 queen beds, a Murphy bed, 2 dressers, night stands, 2 flatscreen TV's, furnished kitchen with fridge, microwave, dishwasher, gas stove, and basic dinnerware and cooking utensils, and more. An average winter month's utilities might look something like this: $150 electric/heating + $50 water/sewer/trash + $20 internet = Total $220. (There is no cable TV currently hooked up.) There is a fully refundable security deposit of $2400. Pet friendly house with a large doggie door. We will consider a quiet, well behaved pet with additional $500 deposit and $40 a month pet rent per pet. Cats will require an additional cleaning fee of $150 to wipe down walls and all surfaces as the dander is difficult to remove and we have friends with allergies.
