Property value should be raised on our property soon! We just had a grand total of $39,000.00 worth of updates/upgrades completed on our property by the Davenport Dream Project and others. New 2 tone vinyl siding on house and garage, complete tear off of old roofing and new 50 warranty roofing newly applied, old windows removed and new ones installed, and lead abatement was completed and no lead on entire property. New retaining wall blocks in front of property, and new wallboard and trim in main bathroom. All completed in 2023.
My wife and I consider our house/home cute, cozy, and comfortable. My wife and I have lived here for nearly 14 years now, and loved everyone of them.
