We typically look for a credit score of 600 or higher. If your score is below 600, you'll need to show proof of income that's at least 4 times the monthly rent. If your score is 600 or above, the income requirement is 3 times the rent. We also review your credit for any unpaid rent, utilities, credit cards, or other bills but we do not consider medical bills or student loans. We do not accept applicants with felony charges less than 7 years old.
