The living room has great natural light and access to the front porch. The kitchen door opens onto the back porch. Washer & dryer are in basement and shared with one other tenant on the ground floor. Outdoor garden area for entire building, barbecue and garden boxes. Tenant responsible for electric. (Heat is baseboard, about $80/ level pay year round) **Owner pays sewer, trash, water.
