Hi, I'm looking for someone to take over my lease for beautiful apartment in West Ashley. Tge apartments kitchen has LG appliances. The flooring is fake wood, and carpete in the bedroom. There is a laundry room with a washer and dryer. A long screened in patio, great for pet owners. There are no apartments above the apartment, and garages underneath (garages are not included, but can be rented out to people if you ask the leasing office about them. Currently the apartment is under maintenance till the 28th, so I won't be able to show it till after that date and I'll be able to upload pictures. Please reach out if you have any questions. Renters pay all utilities. At&t is the wifi provider. 2 pet limit: $375 one time fee for 1, $500 for 2. Monthly pet rent is $20 per pet. If the pet is a service or ES animal the charges are waived $75 application fee, which would be paid to the leasing office when submitting the application. Lease duration would be from August 21st 2024- January 6th 2025.
