Walk out basement apartment in historic Shawnee with its own entrance. Utilities are $300/mo. I live upstairs in a separate unit, it is not my primary residence, I'm there about once a month. The washer and dryer are shared but are on the apartment level. Shawnee is a quiet peaceful safe town with easy access to 285. There are a few periods of the winter when you will need 4 wheel drive to get up the road or park at the bottom and make a short walk. Scenic views and woods all around. I love it here. I'm a landlord that keeps up on the property, I fix stuff and don't buy the cheapest stuff for the apartment like some landlords do. No smokers. Street parking at the end of the road. You will be responsible for shoveling the walkway as your the only one there most of the time. Utilities are $300/mo.
