There are a few periods of the winter when you will need 4 wheel drive to get up the road or park at the bottom and make a short walk. Scenic views and woods all around. I love it here. I'm a landlord that keeps up on the property, I fix stuff and don't buy the cheapest stuff for the apartment like some landlords do. No smokers. Street parking at the end of the road.
