We have a double deck on the back. Total size is 30 feet long by 12 feet wide. In 2012 we put in a NEW high efficiency forced air furnace, central air unit, new roof, new gutters and downspouts with professional gutter coverings (Gutter Monster), remodeled the main bathroom, placed down high grade flooring in basement. We also have a french drain around the basement with sump pump for a dry basement. We replaced the steps from the basement with new hardwood steps. Neighborhood Description There is a bus stop at the top of the street. We are close to all the schools (elementary, middle and high schools).
