The house was a church built in 1875. It was purchased in 2005 and completely remodeled. It has new vinyl siding on the whole house, all new energy efficient windows in, all new wet blow cellulose insulation in the walls, new drywall, all new plumbing, and all new electric. We added an upstairs loft that has two bedrooms and an adjoining bathroom. It comes with an 80 gallon electric water heater on a timer put in 2005. Around 2010, we replaced the propane furnce with a brand new York model. We have a UL Listed Power Saver attached to the breaker box. The highest ever electric bill was $300. The electric bills normally range from $140-225. The unfinished basement leaked upon purchase, however, in 2011/2012 we laid a corrugated tile around the entire interior floor/wall and into a sump pump system. The basement was then drywalled and carpeted. The kitchen in the basement has all new cabinets and a new sink. It has its own entrance and over 1500 square feet of living space.
