Up for rent starting this summer is a very large, furnished 3-bedroom apartment available on 8/1. The apartment is on the 2nd floor and is oversized with over 1,650 sq ft of living space. Common spaces include a living room, dining room, and a large eat-in kitchen. The bedrooms are all big (~14'x13') and furnished with full-size beds, dressers, and desks. The rest of the space is furnished as well but will have space for any additional furniture you'd like to bring. There are two sets of washers and dryers in the laundry room and there is off-street parking in the back of the house. There's also a large, fenced-off backyard. The house is located at 152 Mansfield Street, which is in the heart of Science Hill. It is very close to Yale placing you within a 5-10-minute walk to most buildings on campus. The other housemates are all Yale graduate students as are the majority of the neighbors. Garage parking is also available for an additional fee.
