The house is located at 152 Mansfield Street which is in the heart of Science Hill and right by campus. You are minutes away from most buildings on campus and the area is very safe. The current occupants are all Yale graduate students as are the vast majority of the neighbors. Renter responsible for electricity, gas, and internet. Renter's insurance is required.
