Heat Maintenance (Winter Months): During the winter months, if the Tenant will be away from the Premises for an extended period of time, the Tenant agrees to maintain the thermostat at no lower than 55 degrees Fahrenheit to prevent freezing and damage to the property. No Smoking Policy: Smoking of any kind, including but not limited to cigarettes, cigars, pipes, marijuana, and vaping devices, is strictly prohibited inside the dwelling and anywhere on the property. Any damage, odors, or remediation required as a result of smoking shall be the financial responsibility of the Tenant.
