Absolutely no smoking or vaping in or on the property, it is only allowed on the sidewalks closest to the public streets, not allowed in parking lots, garages, condo or common spaces shared by residents. This is a community policy and is enforced by the community as well. Absolutely no pets, there are a few pets in the community, and have been grandfathered in by the community before the pet policy was made. Any rule infractions from the community are communicated to the landlord first in writing, then communicated to the renter via verbal and email communication. Any fines assessed from the community, are the responsibility of the renter.
