The washer and dryer are shared with the basement apartment and available four days a week. The bathroom has been redone with tile. The kitchen is small and does not have a dishwasher. No central air, or garage. Half of a driveway, and the street are available for parking. Rent is $500 with electric, water, and garbage paid by landlord. Tenant pays gas. The deposit is $350. No smoking. Pets are only considered with a great deal of restrictions. There must be proof that the pet is spayed and/or neutered, and up to date on vaccinations. I must meet the pet(s) in their current living environment. Tenant must agree to an inspection with a black light two weeks into the tenancy, and anytime thereafter if it is suspected that the pet may be pottying inside the apartment.
