We are in the process of adding washer and dryer hook ups. There's a shared patio in the back of the place, off street parking, and a covered front porch. The unit is only 2 1/2 blocks from Donner Park and a 10 block walk from downtown. The heat for the unit is included in the rent. The only utilities that the tenant will pay is electric. We do not allow smoking inside the building. We only ask three things of our tenants. One is to pay the rent on time. Two is to take care of the property as best u can, and three is try to get along with your neighbors. We have a buyout option if a tenant wants to break the lease. Typically it's one and a half times the rent. There is offstreet parking in the back of the unit. The landlord is responsible for yard care. You can add a new roommate after you sign the lease for an additional monthly fee. We do allow pets for a fee.
