Pets are welcome on the property, no extra fee or deposit, as long as renters agree to be responsible if the pets should cause any damages to the house or property. Renter pays for the utilities and handles lawn care and snow removal as is common with rental homes. I have a one-page rental application with rental approval based on review of a current Credit History Report, Criminal History Report, Rental Reference Report, and Income Verification Report.
