Please note that this will also require a credit, criminal background check and rental verification are also processed through Zillow. To qualify, Renter(s) must make a total monthly income of 2.5 times the monthly rent ($3,750). If there is more than 1 applicant, this total can be combined. Renters must provide proof of at least 6 months steady job history. Income verification will be required.
