We have spent a lot of time and money updating and remodeling, and newly painting the home throughout. It has been well maintained throughout it's life. The AC and hot water heater are relatively new - 3 years old. Both bathrooms and kitchen have been remodeled (we are still redoing countertops and backsplash). All door knobs are brand new (bronze), and 90% of the ceiling light fixtures are also also brand new, including a new ceiling fan in the front room and the office. All of the hardware in the home - including window latches and cabinet knobs - are new. The drapes are expensive and can convey with the home. All bathroom faucets are new. The deck at the side yard is just 2 years old. The outside facia was painted just 3 years ago. We also had new attic vent fans put in and the duct work redone about a year ago.
