I was a bodybuilder and had a lifting accident that required intense treatment. During recovery, I spent a lot of time in my place and have a lot of bad memories associated with it now. My rent rates are locked from last year (current rent right now would be 2260 on a new lease) so I'm definitely taking a loss but I really want to move on with my life. The place is in great shape -- the exposed brick was just remastered, the laundry machine (washer and dryer) is brand new, and I only have one neighbor (I'm at the end of the hall). I'm also willing to through in some furniture too. Honestly, it's a really great unit in an awesome complex (they have an indoor basketball court, bar, coffee shop, gym, and huge indoor pool) but I need to move on with my life. My lease ends in august with the option to take over the lease. Please let me know if you're interested (I'm happy to show you around/make cookies lmao). There is a utility fee of 100 dollars. There is a bunch of free parking. There is no smoking inside the unit that would result in it smelling like tobacco or weed. I am willing to negotiate some of the prices.
