Bedroom two also features a king bed with a flat screen television, and bedroom three has a queen bed and twin daybed. All bedrooms include roomy closets to store your things. The second bathroom is located next to the bedrooms and is updated with a new tile shower. The laundry room, which includes a new washer and dryer, is off the kitchen and has a rear door leading to the screened in-porch, one acre backyard with trees for privacy, and the fire pit surrounded by andirondack chairs. For stays between one and nine months, all utilities are included in the rent of $2600, including electric, gas, water/sewer, and high speed internet. Lawn maintenance included. For stays of longer than nine months, the rent will be reduced to $2400, but tenant plays utilities, except for lawn care which is included. Small pets considered on a case by case basis.
