The location is right at the intersection of Columbia Heights, Mount Pleasant, and Adams Morgan; it's a 5-minute walk to Columbia Heights metro stop. The layout of the apartment is two main rooms (bedroom and big kitchen), a bathroom, and several closets. It doesn't have a separate living room, but you can fit a loveseat and/or armchair in the bedroom. There's no laundry on premises, but I (former tenant who lived there for four years) used a laundry pickup/delivery service. No central air, but the apartment comes with two window units (and you're not paying for the electricity of having them running).
