Great for a couple of medical students or state representatives! This unit is immaculate and is available for a non smoking tenant. The loft office is on the third floor, along with the washer and dryer. Section 8 vouchers are not being accepted. The deposit is $695.00. The customer pays for gas and electric service. Water, sewer, trash and recycling services are provided. What I am looking for in a customer: Positive rental history Income in excess of $2100 a month Persons with criminal or eviction history will be excluded. Section 8 Vouchers will not be accepted.
