I am looking to sublease the master bedroom of a four bedroom townhouse. My rent is currently $35 a month cheaper than the current rate at the complex due to a resigning bonus. It is the only downstairs bedroom and has its own private bathroom. Three female room mates (if you are male and interested they can move you into an all male unit). The lease runs through the end of July and the Unit will be available starting November 1st. $55 application fee and $250 release fee due upon agreement. In exchange I will pay the $425 rent for the month of November saving you a total of $120.
