Fully furnished, paid utility, and free wifi. House Rules & Welcome letter Welcome! We hope you arrived safely and had no trouble finding our home. We want you to make yourself at home right away. Please go through the home and report any dissatisfaction to us directly so that we can take corrective measures. If we don't hear from you within 2 hours of check-in, it means that you agreed that you found the house in good condition and you can not use any dissatisfaction to cancel your booking or get any discount or refund. Should you have any other questions or if there is anything we can do to make you more comfortable during your stay, feel free to contact us. Please read the house rules below. We hope you enjoy your stay and visit us again in the future! Regards, House Rules -Please wash all dishes before departure and put your leftovers & take out boxes in a trash bag, otherwise, additional cleaning fees will apply. -Pets are allowed however additional $30 per day applies. If your pet causes damage, you will be charged for the cost of the damages. $200 minimum -No parties or events. If you host a party without permission you will be charged an additional $500. -No Loud music or nuisance to the neighbors, you will be evicted. -Report any damages and/or breakages in a reasonably timely manner. Damages exceeding the security deposit amount must be paid by guests and will be reported to Airbnb. -Guests and visitors should comply with the parking regulations and requirements and must show consideration to other vehicles in the neighborhood. - During check-out please ensure all the doors are properly locked (Backyard and Front) - NO DRUG USE OR ILLEGAL ACTIVITIES - Please DO NOT wash our towels and linens as we'll just have to wash them again to ensure that they're sanitized properly On your check out - please pick your trash and put it in the bin outside. - We are not responsible or liable for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on the premises. We are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables during your stay. We will not be responsible for any items left behind. - Towels and bed linens are provided in the hallway closet for more than 4 guests. Please, do not use them if you have a reservation for a party of 4 or less to avoid getting charged for an extra fee. Strictly No Smoking, you lose your deposit if you or your guests smoke in the property -You will be charged an additional cleaning fee of $100 If you leave our home Extremely Dirty after checkout, examples are but not limited to, Leaving excessive trash in the house, burnt pots in the sink, unwashed plates stacked in the sink, dirty on the wall, stains the carpet or floors, blood stains or stubborn stains on the linens or towels, torn towels or sheets -All items in the house have been counted any items removed from the property will be charged to the guest -We kindly ask guests to dispose of garbage or waste by using the trash bin. You will be charged for the plumber's time and repair charges for any blockage or clogged plumbing caused by you or your guests -We don't need permission to come in and fix something that you complained about. -We reserve the right to change your accommodation to a different one if we have any issues or problems with the subject home you chose. If you choose to cancel there will be no refund at all. -Loud music and creating nuisance in the neighborhood are not allowed. Quiet time after 10p.m. - ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING TOBACCO, CIGARS, OR MARIJUANA INSIDE THE PROPERTY. You will be charged a $300 fee per day for smoking in or outside the property. Any violation of house rules is ground for termination of your stay and removal from the house without a refund. If you violate any of the rules you will lose your deposit. If you decided not to follow any of our house rules and your action triggered a refund or discount for the next guest, you will be responsible for any loss of income we incurred. By checking in to the property you agree to pay the penalties for any violations and be bound by our house rules.
