Beautiful row home in the Franciseville/Art Museum area, 2 blocks from the Broad Street Line, 1 block from bus route 16/2, 3 blocks from other bus routes. I am the owner and have lived here continuously since it was completely rehabbed in 2008, and I have walked most days to my center city job (20/25 mins).
