Very conveniently located, close to Fort Lauderdale Beach, Galleria Mall, Hugh Taylor Birch State Park, easy access to US1 and I95. Pet policy to be discussed. 24 hour notice, tenant occupied until 8/31/21 DO NOT DISTURB THE TENANTS PLEASE. Furniture negotiable. Limited access while tenants in place, please be kind and patient, the market is crazy busy and we do the best we can to accommodate everyone's schedules. Current tenants move out 8/31/21. The hummer and boat on the east side yard stay in the house. Submit attached application with your offer.
