Outdoor security cameras monitor actual guest count. *This is a NO SHOES house, all shoes must be taken off at entry. *Our property is furnished to comfortably sleep 12. Additional guests above the number of registered guests will be charged at the rate of $100/night/guest. *Thermostat - Please do not set below 70 degrees - On very hot days (90+ degrees) please be aware that the A/C unit will NOT cool below 20 degrees difference from the outside temperature. The thermostat is locked below 68 for this reason. If you set the temperature to a lower setting the unit may freeze and you could be held liable for serious damage to the A/C unit. *Quiet time is from 11:00pm to 7:00am. Our home is located in a peaceful community and we have wonderful neighbors. Please keep noise to a minimum during these times. *No smoking, vaping, drugs, or underage drinking is permitted anywhere on the property. There is a $1,500 charge for smoking on the property. *Missing items are considered damage. *Pets are not allowed at this property but we do offer other properties that are pet friendly.
